The location of the accommodation was perfect for our city break, situated within walking distance of restaurants, mini markets and local attractions. the room was modern and clean, with excellent storage facilities for our belongings. the staff were extremely friendly, providing us with helpful instructions of how to get to the accommodation from the airport.
We experienced difficulty in finding the accommodation due to unclear instructions and the surrounding area being tricky to navigate. there was no private parking available and we had to park on the public street which was not ideal.

Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.Hotel is clean and safe, location is perfect. I certainly recommend it.
Parking is a very very big problem but this is not related with the hotel, in split, it is very difficult to find a parking place, yoa may search for it for nearly 45 minutes.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of Old Town. the location was absolutely amazing, right inside the old city walls. It was so convenient to explore Split and everything was within walking distance. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, offering great restaurant recommendations and always available to answer any questions. Lastly, the room itself was spacious, clean, and had all the basic facilities I needed, including a well-equipped bathroom and a pleasant view of the garden. All these positive aspects combined made my stay at this hotel truly enjoyable.
Everything was great, nothing to complain about.

Very friendly and helpful couple running the place. The terrace is amazing and the kitchen is well equipped. The noise from the lively square sometimes causes bit of noise that quiets down at least by midnight. Perfect for a longer stay!

Great location close to everything. The room accommodations were modern and clean. The highlight was the view from the window, which was absolutely stunning.
The room we were given was not what we had requested and we were not able to change it. The bed was uncomfortable and small, and the staff was not helpful in rectifying the situation.

This hotel was a great find in terms of value for money. It offered affordable prices without compromising on quality. The attention to detail was evident in the well-presented and clean rooms. This guesthouse is conveniently located near the park and Diocletian's Palace, right in the heart of the city center. the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable with en-suite bathrooms and electric kettles. the staff is friendly and accommodating, giving useful information about nearby attractions and travel agents. the location is peaceful at night for a good sleep.
The noise outside can be disruptive, especially on weekend nights, but earplugs can help mitigate the disturbance.
